We ship via Canada Post. All orders are shipped from Fort Macleod, Alberta Canada

Order are shipped Monday through Friday. We make every effort to ship your order within twenty-four (24) hours of when the order is placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays will go out the next business day.

Orders placed before 2pm MST will ship out the same day.

WARRANTY

We warranty the workmanship of our snow guards, and that they will be received free from defects. Any defective snow guards should be returned, and they will be replaced at no cost. 

No warranties are offered for the adhesive sealant.

RETURNS

Returns of unused items in new condition will be accepted within sixty (60) days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
